To help ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone at MackiMakes Art Studio, please review the following policies before attending classes or programs.

1. Refunds, Missed Classes & Cancellations

All class registrations are final and non-refundable.

If a student is unable to attend a class or camp for any reason, or chooses not to continue attending classes after registering, no refund or make-up class will be provided for missed sessions.

If MackiMakes cancels a scheduled class, the registration fee for that cancelled class will be refunded to the registered student.

Thank you for understanding that class registrations reserve a spot in the program and that these policies help us manage our classes and studio operations.

2. Property Boundaries — No Roaming

Please do not roam or explore the private acreage during class times.

MackiMakes operates on the property with the permission of the owners of PlayUnleashed, who kindly ask that all visitors remain within the designated parking lot area unless explicit permission to go elsewhere has been granted by MackiMakes.

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the property, its owners, and the boundaries of the space we use.

3. Studio Doors & Student Drop-Off

For the safety and security of our students and studio, the front doors will be unlocked no earlier than five minutes before the scheduled start of class.

We kindly ask that families wait until this time before approaching the doors. Please do not repeatedly knock, attempt to open locked doors, or try to enter the studio before the doors are unlocked.

For student safety, please do not leave your child unattended on the front porch or elsewhere on the property. Parents and caregivers must ensure their child has safely entered the studio and been received before leaving.
